Responsibility
1.Supervise Transaction Processing (T/P), plant costing & inventory related work;
2.Meet the requirement of month end close activities, reconciliation and prepare timely, relevant, reliable reporting;
3.Monitor plant costing and inventory check list and reconciliation status – preparation, review;
4.Drive timely clearance of outstanding reconciliation items; 
5.Review and update tariff calculation for local & Inventory evaluation/devaluation;
6.Align costing & inventory accounting practices to Corporate policies and procedures;
7.Coordinate Plant Manager and SCM Department in regard of related costing/ inventory;
8.Work with plant cost accountant and Plant/SCM. to develop / enhance costing and inventory reconciliation system;
9.Support SCM in determination in TP for return goods and repurchase of inventory;
10.Know how transfer related to the application of accounting and finance tools;
11.Other issues assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above,At least 6 years’experience in finance in which 2 years on management level in Plant;
2.Understanding of China business process- Costing & Inventory management in Finance related;
3.Profession in Accounting guideline such as Local GAAP, US GAAP;
4.Past experience in project accounting business or multinational manufacturing company would be a plus Fluent In English (Both Written And Spoken);
5.Strong Communication Skill and Detailed Oriented With Positive Mindset For Solving Problem;
6.High readiness to work and ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure;
7.Experienced In Oracle Is An Advantage; 
8.Must Be Precise And Good At Numbers, Strong Analytical Team player, Business partner, Process driver;
9.Excellent Excel Skills.
