• Organize and coordinate training events, including time, name list, pre-course materials, speakers and trainers, etc
• Onsite support of every training event, including trainee agreements, venue, logistics, meals, accommodation, ground transportation, etc
• Training samples  management including forecast and tracking.
• Manage and improve training  processes including samples, training  materials, files , equipment, etc
• Maintain daily operation of the training department,  support training managers
• Manage and file all kinds of document, complete different report timely, e.g. training record, monthly team schedule, etc
• Keep good relationship with internal stakeholders, manage external vendors
• Manage different types of exam tasks including quiz pool, online exam, regional learning programs and follow up of results
• Can take extra projects, travel needed

·        Education:  

University/Bachelor’s Degree or above

·        Experience: 

Generally requires at least 2-3 years working experience, Admin/Training/Marketing experience will be a plus

·        Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:    

1. Strong multitask management skill and project management skill
2. Fast learning capability need, and willing to take challenge, and make change
3. Good presentation skill
4. Strong team work and collaboration, strong sense of ownership
5. Strong communication and events facilitation skills.
6. Good command of speaking and written English.
7. Well versed in MS Office Software
