1. Receives and processes sale or sample orders in accordance with company procedure and arranges shipping scheduling to meet customer’s requirements.

按照公司的流程和客户的要求接收，处理销售订单和样品订单并安排发货。

2. Maintains system as a daily working tool, Enter accepted orders into the planning system, process the necessary data, converting customer orders into specific production & purchase information.

维护系统，在计划系统中维护客户订单，处理必要的数据，将客户订单转化为特定的生产和采购信息

3. Keeps track on the progress of order accomplishment, keeps consistent contact with customers.

与客户保持沟通和联系，跟踪订单进程。

4. Works with sales team to improve customer's satisfactory, putting our customer first.

Deals with customer complaints, returned material and documents for quality issues."

秉承客户至上的原则，与销售团队工作提高客户满意度；处理客户投诉，客户退回商品以及相关的质量问题文件。

5. Works with sales team to control and manage inventory level with logistic team & MC team

与销售团队，物流及物料控制团队一起工作，控制和管理库存水平

6. Handle or assists purchasing, invoice, payments and account receivable , AR management with finance team.

帮助财务部门，处理相关的采购，发票，付款和应收账款管理等事项

7. Keeps effective communication and good business relationship with all customers and sales.

与相关客户和销售保持有效沟通和良好的业务关系

8. Assists in both of inside and outside audits.

辅助内部和外部的相关审计和审核事项

9. Documents filing and updating in accordance with company procedure.

根据公司流程进行文件存档和更新

10. Prepares monthly reports as required.

准备管理层所需的相应月度报告

11. Provides supports to sales persons if needed. Other work assigned by direct supervisor.

提供销售人员必要的支持，完成主管要求的其他工作

Job Requirements:

职位要求

College or above.

大专及以上学历

Two years in senior customer service role，familiar with automobile industry

两年以上高级客服工作经验，熟悉汽车行业

Be familiar with office software(EXCEL/WORD/PPT) is preferred

熟悉Office软件（EXCEL/WORD/PPT）

Careful, patient, responsible and good at communication with problem solving skill.
