Purpose of position:

To make system design of electronic&electrical architecture in head --, rear--lamp;

To keep close contact to the customers, vendors and other departments together in head--rear--lamp and ECU project development

To lead electronic project team to achieve the electronic development

To coordinate other R&D team to achieve electronic related activities

To validate and support application and prod uction of electronic components;

To be accountable of the design of his projects.

Responsibilities

01. Responsible for EE system architecture: according to customer requirement to define the HW and SW architecture for whole lamp base on existing platform or newly developed platform

02. Responsible for project development timing/bud get planning control : base on lamp development schedule to define electronic parts development schedule (LED PCBA , Driver and ECU Development) control the development budget (working hours, sample cost, travel

cost, etc..)

03. Responsible for design to cost & VAVE management: during production development phase to control the design cost for every design concept;

04. Responsible for requirement management: use tool s “DOORS” to manage the customer requirement; lead HWR and SWR to complete HW and SW requirement accordingly;

05. Responsible for design package release for A/B/C/D sample;

06. Responsible for supplier management with PUR /SQE and EQM : participate in vendor audits, product PPAP Audit

07. Responsible for technical review with supplier: answer the EQ during EMS sourcing, sample production

08. Main contact window for communication of electronic technical issue with customer;

09. Ensure t he report of project development status & escalation of risks to section manager on time.

10. Responsible for regular meeting with related project team members for project status review;

11. Responsible for intern al sample planning and tracking;

12. Work closely with C P E M to coordinate electronic related activities;

13. To be the window to the other function teams beside R&D team;

14. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, equivalent or higher;

2. more than three years experience in the software or hardware design of products for automotive industry or similar parts is desirabl e

3. Good PC skills (MS office), CAN/LIN Tools and requirements management with DOORS

4. Good command of English in bo th spoken and written, CET 4 is a must , 2nd foreign language preferred
