Job description:

1 - Coordinate costings

- Coordinate all the required tasks needed to respond to new quotations:

- Organise meetings in order to manage: kick-off, BOM, Process, Anaplan, dashboard, etc.

- Attend creativity meetings, cost-optimization meetings, technical optimization meetings, and performance meetings if necessary

- Define and distribute the current costing plan, in line with the technical teams

2 - Analyse the cost and construct the production cost

- Ensure that costing regulations are followed

- Check the data collected by the various functions.

- Check that the cost is in line with the plants and support functions, in order to ensure that the proposal is both optimum and realistic.

- Challenge each of the functions involved in costing

3 - Be the financial support for business development to obtain new markets.

- Construct the sales price which best meets NOVARES and customer objectives

- Share hypotheses and update the proposal, according to the comments or objectives defined by Management

- Check the coherence between the offer submitted and our internal proposal.

- Co-lead the launch meeting with the project manager, as soon as they are assigned to the project.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor or equivalent of engineering or Finance major
2. Minimum 1-3 year’s analytics experience
3. automobile industry, plastic products preferred
4. Oral and written English
5. Quick learner with self-motivated and problem solver
6. Team player with independent views, and proactive to support with good communication skills
7. Able to prioritize and multi-task in a high speed, flexible environment
8. Attention to details, well-organized and highly accurate
