Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for updating sales records to track status of sales process including:

proposal, quotation, contract, sales notification form, purchase order, delivery, 

- (Assist in) generating required documents, contacting customers, distributors and colleagues to maintain up-to-date sales records.

- Report sales, sales records, sales signals and shortcomings to superiors

- Communicates on behalf of sales team

- (Assist in) follow-up on sales to meet customers, distributors and peers needs, working in agreement with superiors.

- Other duties as assigned by China sales team。

Internal and external contacts include all levels of employees within the company, department management, distributors and other professional business contacts/customers within the industry. Customers/Distributors are key to the effective sales and growth of the objectives of the company. Success in this area is vital for the development of the existing and future business in China.

Service, communication (listening, oral, written), reliability, understanding of legal wording, building collaborative relationships, adaptability, organisation, proactive work ethic

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years proven experience as a sales admin
• Good communication, interpersonal skill.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
