JOB PURPOSE:

  

Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department. Utilizes skills to make certain that all sales people have the proper equipment or literature to do their job.

  

The Sales Support responsibilities include managing sales tracking tools, recording sales data, monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team, providing customer service, and provide support to the sales team in making new proposals and quotations.

POSITION IN ORGANISATION

  

Reports To: Sales Managers, and Sales Director

The resource will be placed in our Sales Department

    

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  

SKILL AND ABILITIES

Able to use pc and basic Office Package

Good communication level both written and oral;

Able to work in team;

Able to give proper priority to the activities assigned in order to achieve the expected results;

Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks.

  

 

  

EXPERIENCE

  

Bachelor Degree or above preferred in Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical field

Interest in Sales and the Plastic Sector;

Preferred experience in a similar role;  

KNOWLEDGE

    

Good knowledge of Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint;  

Knowledge of analytical and promotion tools is a plus;

Language: mandatory Chinese, English basic level

普朗斯同时专业生产：集中干燥系统和集中供料系统。为了满足客户在自动化方面的要求，普朗斯可以将控制和监视软件集成在系统中。

普朗斯公司的总部坐落于意大利的帕多瓦，威尼斯附近。工厂员工超过300人，办公区面积达20000 ㎡，总占地面积达3000㎡实力雄厚的工程部保证了在观念和技术上解决问题的新方案。在许多国家都设有办公和服务机构。为了缩短距离和提供更好的服务，普朗斯决定将欧洲技术转移到亚洲。因此，我们于2006年4月在中国上海市青浦工业园区成立了一家新的全资子公司——普朗斯塑料机械（上海）有限公司，创建时厂房面积4600㎡, 办公区面积300㎡。普朗斯上海分公司业务发展迅速，2017年4月，公司迁至新厂址，厂房面积15000㎡, 办公区面积2000㎡。
