1. 负责与项目管理公司、建筑设计行沟通，收集市场信息、整理与跟进
2. 挖掘销售信息，创建管道，与销售团队紧密配合把销售管道转为销售数字
3. 建立有效客户商务关系，包括客户开发、维护及发展
4. 负责安排市场活动如产品发布会，分享沙龙

Job Description
1. Communicate with project management companies, architecture and design firms to collect leads, market information, and follow up
2. Generate sales lead, build pipeline, convert pipeline to sales numbers by working closely with sales team 
3. Develop effective customer relationship that includes customer development and maintenance
4. Responsible for marketing event such as product launching and gathering

岗位要求
1. 良好的沟通与简报能力
2. 任何专业的本科及两年以上的工作经验
2. 具备商务英语沟通及书写能力
3. 可接受短期出差，频繁度约15%

Mandatory Requirement & Skill
1. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
2. Degree in any disipline with at least 2 years working experience
3. Proficient in English both written and verbal
4. Accept short trip travel, 15% of the working day on average
