Main Job Responsibilities

主要工作职责：

1. Definition of the change management and problem solution strategy, which should meet the standards required by ASPICE v3.0 and consider ISO 26262 compliance.

变更管理和问题解决方案策略的定义,需要符合ASPICE v3.0要求的标准及考虑ISO 26262合规

2. Technical understanding of automotive driving system and provide the customer support with focus on: on-site support, problem addressing, reliability and efficiency.

对汽车驾驶系统的技术理解，并提供客户支持，重点是能：现场支持、解决问题、高效可靠

3. Internal administration: maintaining Jira ticket system for problem report and change request.

内部管理：维护Jira票务系统，包括问题报告及改变请求

4. Communication with internal team and external supplier with potential solutions and efforts and timeline.

与内部团队和外部供应商沟通潜在解决方案及努力和时间表

5. Discussion with PM Team and create a release and bugfix plan for the customer.

与项目管理团队讨论并为客户创建发布和错误修正计划

6. Testing/Verifying of the solution on-site with customers.

与客户一起现场测试/验证解决方案

7. Reporting of testing results to the PMs.

Required Qualifications

任职资格：

1. Bachelor or higher, majored in Computer Science or related.

本科或以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业

2. 3 years above relevant working experience.

3年以上相关工作经验

3. Programming skills: C/C++, Python.

编程技能：C / C ++，Python

4. Embedded System: Micro SAR, Linux, QNX and the Compiler gcc / g++, qcc.

5. Automotive development toolchain: AUTOSAR, CANoe.
