您的工作职责是为TMO打造精良团队。需要对TMO的招聘流程进行调整，为公司源源不断地招纳贤才，通过对新员工的绩效考核不断优化招聘流程和管理。

职位信息

职责描述：

• 根据部门需求，发布并优化职位招聘信息，提高招聘效率；
• 筛选应聘人才并安排面试；
• 开发并维护招聘渠道，做好招聘渠道的管理工作；
• 完成与招聘入职相关的业务流程，确保候选人顺利入职；
• 追踪应聘者入职后的表现，调整并优化公司的绩效评估流程
• 负责公司员工积分、落户办理流程(应届生、留学生、居住证、人才引进等)及外籍人证件办理; (Optional)
• 负责公司入、转、调、离等流转手续管理、档案管理劳动合同及相关协议管理; (Optional)

任职要求：

• 大专及以上学历，有招聘工作经验或者电话销售经验优先；
• 熟悉各类招聘渠道，能独立完成招聘项目，并积极开发新的招聘渠道；
• 较强的工作积极性和独立办事能力；
• 熟悉计算机操作办公软件及相关的软件；
• 有良好的沟通表达能力及抗压能力，团队协作能力；
• 有互联网行业招聘经验优先考虑。

Your job responsibilities is to build an excellent and stable team for TMO. You will be in charge to adjust the recruitment process of TMO, recruit talents for the company, as well as optimize the recruitment process and management through the performance evaluation of new employees.

Job description:

• According to the demands of the Departments, post and optimize the recruitment information to improve the recruitment efficiency;
• Screen candidates and set up interviews;
• Develop and maintain recruitment channels, manage the channels well;
• Complete the recruitment workflow to ensure candidates come on board timely;
• Track the performance of candidates after entering, adjust and optimize the company's KPI evaluation process;
• Supports on application process for all employees,resident permit and points,Shanghai Hukou settlement (fresh-graduated students,overseas students) etc,foreigner’s working and resident permits; (optional)
• Be responsible for the workflow on internal transfer and resignation process,archive management of labor contracts and related agreements; (optional)

Requirements:

• College degree or above, experience in recruitment or telemarketing is preferred;
• Familiar with all main recruitment channels, capable to complete recruitment projects independently,actively develop new recruitment channels;
• Strong working enthusiasm and independent ability;
• Familiar with office software;
• Good communication and coordination skills,team work under pressure;
• Recruitment experiences in IT industry is highly preferred
