应聘者需熟悉上海外高桥自贸区内企业的进出口，转关及国内贸易等所有相关操作和细节管理；需熟悉保税区金关二期系统操作和管理，了解企业在遵守保税区金关二期系统整报分出政策要求的前提下如何操作；熟悉保税区海关监管仓库管理。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Be able to handle all activities of the logistics&WH department in WaiGaoQiao Free Trade Zone, deal with import/export/local shipments for both inter-company and third party in the timely manner. Be capable to handle all issues with forwarders and Customs.

-To supervise logistics&WH team ensure smooth running of the logistics&WH department and make sure on time delivery to the customers. And make sure the accuracy of the stock based on JDE system.

-Determine most efficient mode of transportation and provide solutions and quotations.

-Manage forwarders/agents/suppliers performance to ensure the smooth operation in export and import.

-Responsible for the direct supervision of the employees in department, including performance reviews, schedules, etc.

-Responsible for maintaining the equipment and influencing pack/ship personnel in such a manner that quality product is produced.

-Process customers' complains timely and raise internal CARs to the plants when needed.

-Submit monthly activity report on a timely basis.

-Promote continuous improvement by taking the initiative to identify issues and provide solutions with the goal of reducing cost and improving performance.

-Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety rules and regulations.

-Other duties as assigned by Supply Chain Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

-College Degree or above and majoring in International Trade or applicable area.

-5 years experiences in logistics department and at least 3 years in the management position,  and must have experience of working in WaiGaoQiao Free Trade Zone.

-Good command of written and spoken in English & Mandarin.

-Be familiar to bonded warehouse operational procedures and good warehousing management skills, and problem solving techniques is desired.

-Be familiar with Customs CIQ system operations and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes products and the ability and good learning ability for new software systems.
