岗位职责:

1. 抗体工程改造及功能提升；

2. 双抗，多抗抗体构建，分子克隆及评估；

3. 单克隆抗体药物筛选；

4. 建立抗体人源化及亲和力成熟技术平台。

任职要求：

1. 学历：硕士有相关2年以上经验， 学士有四年以上相关经验

2. 专业：分子生物学、生物技术、免疫学等相关专业

3. 经验：a) 具有良好的分子生物学实验基础，掌握DNA/RNA等相关知识及操作，能独立完成相关的分子生物学实验；b) 有噬菌体展示抗体库或杂交瘤抗体制备经验；c) 对抗体工程技术有良好的了解，并且拥有双抗或双功能抗体的工作经验。

4. 良好的团队协作精神，能跟同事进行有效交流从而推进项目顺利运行；良好的语言能力，能够代表团队在公司内部进行项目总结汇报。
