VON ARDENNE needs a capable, motivated Warehouse Assistant to carrying out all tasks related to goods moving of industrial equipment of VON ARDENNE. The successful candidate of this position will be responsible for goods receiving, storing, dispatching, packing and delivery, SAP system operation, The Warehouse Assistant will work with an open communication culture team and in a dynamic working atmosphere and will report directly to the Supervisor of Warehouse Department at VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

YOUR TASKS

1. 熟悉仓库作业流程（出入库作业、盘点、台账记录、SAP数据录入），确保收货、发料、发货等流程正常进行；

Familiar with warehouse operation process (Input and Output Operation, Inventory, Account Record, SAP Data

Entry), ensure the normal process of receiving, dispatching and delivering goods.

执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率，降低成本；

2. Implementing and perfecting warehouse rules and regulations, standardizing operation standards and process.

Improve efficiency and reduce cost.

根据TO将物料移动至指定装配工位，核对，接收物料;

3. According to Transport order, move materials to specified assembly location, double check the quantity and

accept materials.

4. 根据生产工单的完成状况，提前协调包装事宜，并指导供应商按照要求完成打包，制作装箱清单，并完成后续入库，发货事

宜;

Monitoring production order status, planning packaging business, guide packaging supplier to fulfill company

packing requirements, make packing list and implement storing and delivery accordingly;

5. 对在库货物进行日常的在库管理，负责对相应库区的5S工作；

Daily warehouse management of goods in warehouse, responsible for 5S work in corresponding warehouse area.

6. 根据进出物料频率，定期对仓库现存材料进行盘点，保证仓库材料账物一致；

According to the frequency of incoming and outgoing materials, inventory the existing materials in warehouse

regularly to ensure the consistency of materials and accounts in warehouse.

YOUR PROFILE

1. 工作原则性、计划性强，思路清晰；

Have principle, plan and clear thinking.

2、工作安排条理清晰；

Can organize work clearly.

3、熟悉仓库进出货操作流程，有叉车证，叉车驾驶经验和仓库管理经验丰富；

Familiar with warehouse inbound and outbound operation process, have forklift license, experienced forklift driving and warehouse management.

4、熟练掌握SAP WM/IM 模块操作，有一定的电脑知识；

Proficiency in SAP WM/IM module operation, with computer knowledge.

5、具备较强的责任心和团队精神，正直、勤奋敬业、吃苦耐劳，细心.

Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, integrity, diligence, can work hard and careful.

6. 多年机械行业仓库工作经验，熟悉机械图纸或BOM者优先

Years of warehouse working experience in Mechanical Industry and familiar with mechanical drawing or BOM is preferre.
