Scope of work 工作范围
To support Carrier’s global heathy building strategy, develop and deploy state of the art air quality management technologies (Practical filtration, TVOC decomposition, fresh air ventilation, Etc.) with supports/guidance from senior engineers, including components level technology and system level solutions.

Accountabilities 基本职责
Be responsible for developing new or innovative air quality management technologies, including components level technology and system level solutions for practical filtration, TVOC decomposition, fresh air ventilation, Etc.
Perform new technology studies related to indoor air quality management including various benchmarking analysis, and system modeling/evaluation to assess new concepts and improve current concepts;
With senior engineer’s supports, develop prototype of new concept, qualification plan and follow up qualification to achieve high quality verification, continuous improve current design to maximize the product value.
With senior engineer’s supports, support global indoor air quality demonstrator program.
Execute detailed project plans created by project leader/senior engineer.
Other work items arranged by supervisor.

开发新技术概念样机或样品，包含这种零部件选型，系统设计，直至样机的最终搭建
支持全球空气品质管理的技术验证项目
指定技术验证计划并跟踪验证，确保验证计划的高质量完成
持续改进现有设计和实验验证
项目执行：按项目计划推进项目

暖通空调，热能工程，制冷工程
Technical certification

Work experience
工作经验 ? 
Good experience air filtration/purification technologies and product designs, preferred in electrostatic precipitation products.
Experience in HVAC and building integrated systems is preferred, additional experience in modeling a plus.
Basic knowledge of chemistry is preferred
Knowledge or experience on Global, Local, and National Standards on Indoor Environmental Quality is a plus. Understanding of system engineering, development of test procedures, requirements and specs management (Agile methodologies) a plus.
