Qualification & Requirement

·  Education:  Master / PhD

·  Technical certification: HVAC related majors;

·  Computer skills: the proficiency in office software

·  Language ability: Fluency speaking and writing in English

·  Personality: Honesty, teamwork, Initiative

·  Other competencies: Good communication, Good analytic and learning ability

Scope of work

·  Effectively assist on developing the product for Carrier Transicold globally to the achievement of business and marketing targets;

·  Work with project manager/leader on development schedule and cost to meet project targets;

·  Other tasks assigned by manager/leader;

Accountabilities

·       Responsible for transport refrigeration system/components design to meet the requirements;

·       Development engineering specifications and selection of related components, include refrigeration components (MCHX, valve, coils, etc.) and related electrical components (motors, fans, etc.);

·       Conduct refrigeration part and system level analysis/calculation/simulation to ensure robustness of design proposals;

·       Contribute to component and system qualification;

·       Prepare test report;
