职位目标 Job Purpose：

在生产主管的领导下，按时保质保量完成生产任务。协助生产主管协调本部门日常生产。

Finish the production assignments punctually under the lead of production supervisor. Provide assistance to the Production Supervisor and coordinate routine production.

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities: 

? 负责产品管理，根据生产计划下达每日生产订单，保证各项生产任务按时完成。

Responsible for product management, carry out production order, ensure all production assignments finished punctually.

? 负责产品信号控制，根据小试的结果，进行数据分析，挑选合适的参数，确保最终产品信号在标准范围内，不会导致半成品和成品的不合格。

Responsible for product signal control, select proper parameter for bulk production according to the pilot data to assure the signal is in spec, avoid failure in semi-products and products.

? 负责关键原材料的IQC检测，确保大批量生产时，使用的原材料都为合格。

Responsible for IQC testing, to assure all raw materials are in passed status before bulk production. 

? 能独立负责在线问题调查，组织与其他部门的沟通和协调。根据前期数据进行分析，设计相关实验，提出解决方案。

Will responsible for on-line issue investigation, communicate with colleagues from other departments. According to the pre-data, make preliminary analysis and design experiments for it,

finally make resolution.

? 负责产品调查报告及其他项目报告的撰写。协助完成相关验证任务及在线改善项目。

Responsible for writing investigation and project report. Help to finish validation projects and online improve programs.

? 完成生产主管布置的其他任务, 配合主管，发展团队，提高团队成员凝聚力。

Finish other duties assigned by TP supervisor. Assist TP supervisor to develop the team and improve the team cohesion.

任职条件 Qualifications: 

? 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):

本科或以上学历（生物化学，生物技术等相关专业）

Graduates of at least undergraduate college (biochemistry, biotechnology and related specialty 

? 3年以上产品管理相关工作经验，团队协作精神及影响力。

Above 3year production management experience, good interpersonal teamwork skills and team influence. 

? 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:

英语4级以上，具备一定的电脑操作技能。

 CET-4 of English level, certain application capability of computer.

? 具有GMP生产经验者优先考虑。

With GMP experience is preferred.

? 身心健康，有责任心，良好的沟通、表达能力。

Have good health, willing to take responsibility, good presentation skill and communication skill.
