岗位职责：

1. 协助院长落实医院整体运营指标体系的建设、规范、监控、评估及控制；

2. 负责督促各业务部门按时、按质完成各项工作，达成既定业务目标；

3. 负责对医院经营数据的收集与分析，及时发现业务部门的运营管理问题；根据运营监控与分析发现的问题，与各业务部门磋商或通过对相关问题的长效追踪，落实解决医院运营过程中出现的问题，不断完善医院业务流程。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，临床或护理专业毕业，有医院临床工作经验；

2. 8年以上医院运营管理工作经验；

3. 英语口语流利，能适应英语工作环境；

4. 学习能力强，爱思考，有工作激情，沟通表达能力优秀；

5. 医疗管理咨询机构工作背景优先。
