Direct Report:  Chief Digital Officer    

Indirect Report:  Deputy Chief Financial Officer 

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial activities and day-to-day of E-commerce Operations, and ensure financial operations support business growth

2. Prepare and manage monthly e-commerce’s management reporting for all brands

3. Work closely with each business group’s Head of Finance to provide in-depth financial analysis to Management

4. Manage budgeting and forecasting process

5. Monitor the financial systems for identification and recommendation of procedural and processing improvements required for operational support. Ensure internal controls are in place

6. Work with the finance department of various brands for brand finance operations and reporting of the digital business

7. Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and standards

8. Lead a small team                              

Job requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance

2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce or tech industry

3. Possess good business and operational acumen

4. Able to work in a fast paced environment independently

5. Detailed work, strong sense of ownership and responsibility.  Fast learner, excellent work ethics and sense of professionalism

6. Good communication and presentation skills - bilingual in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
