MAIN SCOPE FOR DIGITAL ROLE WOULD BE:

 

0.     Own &n lead timberland china digital overall strategy, including digital channel selection, media planning, digitalized localization to maximum timberland online buzz and brand awareness. 5%

 

1.     Pure digital & social , 30%

 

a)      Social account operation and maintain

 

b)      Pure brand digital media planning & buy

 

c)      Digital activation

 

2.     Commercial / E mkt, 35%

 

Work very closely with ecom team to achieve commerce & performance driven mkt

 

KPI:

 

1)     IP coop with Tmall XX time/ year

 

2)     Ecommerce mkt including insite & outside mktplace running to support ecom business

 

3)     E commerce content creation

 

3.     Drive social commerce: Mini program, Tiktok commerce 15%

 

4.     Emerging digital platform initiative: Tiktok , Redbook, etc 15%

 

5.     CRM & Omini channel , by project base

 

 

 

Requirement

 

1.     Digital savvy, fast track, creative!!!

 

2.     Worked with lean resource but can think out of box.

 

3.     Challenge and achievement seeker.

 

4.     5-7 working experience.
