This position would suit an independent and confident decision maker, who can communicate effectively with both buyer and designers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded candidate who is committed to the success of the NOT showroom and sales.

Job responsibility:

    

• Meet, greet and look after all buyers and clients into the showroom - either drop- ins or scheduled visitors
• Ensure all samples, display and mock-up areas are immaculate at all times
• Manage annual showroom budget, sales analysis and related report
• Devise and deliver annual showroom plan, including monthly updates and major annual showroom update
• Ensure excellent product knowledge and make the sale success
• Supporting the local or internal buyer network and following up on new leads in the fashion area
• Actively prospecting to increase new sales channel and visiting clients as needed

 

Successful applicants will have the following:

• Exceptionally high level of customer care
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge/ interest in the fashion design industry
• Computer skills including competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for the showroom Creative mind
• Attention to detail, organized and passionate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
