主要工作职责如下：

-支持和协调市场团队举办各种活动，研讨会和贸易展览等；  

-与同事紧密合作，维护各种诸如微信等其社媒平台，包括收集信息，排版，制作/筛选图片，撰写文案等；   

-管理市场询盘，按要求更新CRM(Salesforce)；

-协助经理管理公司网站，定期更新内容或进行相关设置；

-协助与媒体、政府、供应商及客户建立良好的业务；   

-能够与全球市场团队及内部部门特别是业务团队紧密合作；   

-按要求完成其他任务。

任职要求：

-具有良好的时间管理和沟通能力，可承担一定的工作压力。   

-学习和适应能力强。   

-流利的中英文口语及书写。   

-每周至少出勤3天；

-有社媒管理或文案写作经验者优先，了解SEO者优先，市场营销专业优先。

 

薪资：

150-200元/天                                         

工作地点：上海市闵行区申滨路9号九星虹桥商务中心A栋503室（地铁2/10/17号线，出地铁站步行10-15分钟）

Key responsibilities as follow:

• Support and coordinate with marketing team on events, seminars and trade shows, expense summary and event result tracking.
• Social media management, include but not limited to collecting information, design cover pictures/pick suitable photos, and drafting stories.
• Manages marketing enquiries and constantly updates CRM (Salesforce)
• Support manager to update website information and setting on timely manner.
• Assist to building good operation with media, government, supplier and clients.
• Can closely work with global marketing teams and internal departments.
• Other assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• Good time management and communication skills; Can handle pressure.
• Ability to learn
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• 3 days full time internship should be guaranteed.

Experience in social media management or text writing is a plus; Knowledge in SEO is a plus; Degree in marketing is a plus.

Wage:

RMB 150-200 per day
