君师是跨国投资顾问公司，于2002年成立于瑞士苏黎士，上海办公室为其全资子公司。我们服务于欧洲投资者在大中华地区的投资扩张，提供专业化的咨询服务。主要项目都与中外合资与并购等投资专案，资产组合管理，以及中国与欧洲地区的业务发展相关。自成立以来，君师已在中国完成众多投资项目，其中很多项目为中国开创了新的领域，同时还大幅提升了中国产业的竞争力。

君师投资目前正在招聘一名全职的分析师，工作地点为其在上海的全资子公司。

我司招聘的程序如下：

1. 首先进行电话访谈；
2. 通过电话访谈的应聘者，将被邀请参加面试（中英文，包括：金融、会计、财务专业、数据逻辑程度笔试）；
3. 面试。

任职要求

• 硕士研究生学历，毕业于国际知名高等院校。专业要求为会计、经济、金融、财务、MBA；
• 此职位对会计知识与专业经验要求高，应届毕业生不考虑;
• 至少三年专业全职的相关工作经历；
• 通过CFA 2级及以上（优先考虑）；或全球公认会计金融类同等资质；
• 中英文的口语、书写熟练专业;
• 在财务、研究上有好的分析能力，并具有较强的综合推理能力；
• 思考快速、能解决问题；在承担责任以及达成目标上有强烈的决心；
• 有条理，时间管理能力强；
• 待人接物成熟、有礼、稳重，有团队领导能力;
• 职业性：自我激励，有韧性，能在规定时间内完成工作且保证准确性，以解决问题为导向，面对客户能成熟应对，自律性高、遵守职业操守，自我督促；
• 个性：乐观、积极主动，热情而不失冷静，有创造力，渴望知识并发掘各种可能性、具备国际视野和思维能力，以及对人与不同文化敏感性。

工作职责

• 协助投资组合管理中与财务控管相关的日常工作;
• 财务报表、产业数据、金融相关分析；
• 协助项目执行及管理中的事务；
• 用中英文做投资管理汇报;
• 组织实施行业研究和分析报告的撰写；
• 协助与项目相关的其他工作；
• 完成团队其他资深员工指派的其他任务；
• 需要少量的商务出差。

Investment Analyst (This position is not for the Graduate in 2020)

Established in 2002 in Switzerland, Epiven is a cross-border investment advisory firm with its HQ in Zurich Switzerland and a wholly owned subsidiary in Shanghai China. Most of our projects are related to cross-border corporate finance transactions between Europe and Greater China, investment portfolio management and business development between Europe and China. Since the founding of the company, Epiven has completed numerous investment projects in China and many of these projects have resulted in creating new Chinese industries or substantially upgrading a Chinese industry’s competitiveness.

We as a team are looking for a candidate who will work as an Analyst for the firm. A candidate must have the right attitude to work in a result driven, time-sensitive, and client focused environment with the Epiven team.

This full-time position will be based at Epiven’s Shanghai office.

The salary package includes the basic salary, allowances, extra medical insurance, and annual bonus. Epiven pays for “Five Insurance and Housing Fund” according to China’s regulations and the law.

The interview process include (a) initial phone interview, (b) written test (both in English and in Chinese, including knowledge in financing, accounting, numerical logics written tests), and (c) face to face interview.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree from a top international university in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or MBA;
• Strong accounting qualification and experience preferred; New graduates please do not apply;
• Have a minimum of 3 years relevant full-time professional working experience in related work field;
• CFA 2 candidate preferred; or equivalent qualification;
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both oral and written;
• Highly analytical with strong financial, research, and synthesis skills;
• Fast thinker and problem solver, and with a strong determination to achieve objectives and to take responsibility;
• Organised and excellent in time management;
• Emotional matures and with good diplomatic manners;
• Professionalism: self motivated, tenacious, deliver assigned work on time with accuracy, solution driven, having mature interaction with clients and people, having strong self discipline and ethics, and require minimal supervision;
• Personality: optimistic, proactive, curious, passionate but with a calm mind, creative, practical in providing solution, eager for knowledge and exploring possibility, maturity in manners, having international mindset, and cultural and people sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in portfolio management day-to-day financial control related work;
• Financial and industry analysis;
• Assist in project execution and management;
• Investment and management presentation in English and in Chinese
• Conduct business research and analysis report;
• Assist investment related ad-hoc work;
• Other ad-hoc duties as delegated by senior staff
• Required some business traveling.
