我们的客户是一家外资压缩机公司，位于上海浦东新区，公司发展迅速福利待遇好。该职位负责“压缩机在线监测系统”的销售。

岗位职责

Main responsibilities and tasks:

General

• Sales activities with end customers, EPC, OEM
• Activities to support the customer support team

Project Sales Cycle

• Identification of influencers
• Organize local customer visits
• Perform product presentations
• Collection of project relevant data
• Clarify customer project budgets
• Clarify technical requirements
• Fill Inquiry Data Sheet and forward to sales lead
• Present and discuss budget quotation

Sales workflow

• Project forecast
• Supply Management
• Regular reporting and information exchange

Customer Contact

• Regularly maintain contact with existing customers
• Find additional sales potential
• Collect and forward customer needs to Customer Support team China/Germany
• Attending relevant local trade shows
• Planning and execution of roadshows or user meetings in cooperation with Germany
• Regular contact to all major Chinese EPCs

Sales Closing

• Execute final negotiations with support of sales management
• Documentation of sales activities and opportunities in CRM
• Transfer orders to contracting team in Germany with transfer protocol

Market Monitoring

• Collect and share competitive information from Chinese market
• Collect and share customer information (sales potential, industries, investments etc.)

Education/ experience / languages:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical / IT / Instrumentation background or equivalent
• At least 3 years in sales of technology products and in Chinese market environment, preferably Oil &Gas and Petrochemical industry
• Know-how in machine condition monitoring
• Fluently spoken and written Chinese and English language is mandatory
• High sales, service and customer satisfaction orientation
• Ability to integrate into and interact effectively with our international organization
