1. 负责公司红人/达人的运营，红人孵化，挖掘开发有价值的合作资源；

2. 建立红人营销体系，包括签约体系、孵化体系、养成体系等；

3. 跟进服务红人的商务合作及各项活动，负责线上及线下短视频内容、直播活动、等策划和执行，增加其影响力；

4. 日常运营，实时关注红人/达人/艺人行业动向，及时、准确地研究、监控、分析各项数据，并提出相应对策 。

5.对内容营销和渠道推广效果进行持续监控，并做数据分析报告，对运营优化做出迅速响应和调整，对变现结果负责；

任职资格；

1、4年以上市场推广经验，能独立开拓市场，有成功网红MCN机构工作经验优先；

2、良好的沟通能力，能保持良好的现有合作关系；

3、具有极强的拼搏精神，责任心强，抗压能力强；

4、丰富的新媒体平台大人资源；熟悉互联网自媒体、网红经济、粉丝经济、视频直播、社群维护等最新模式 。
