1. Supervise the customer complaint handling for timely follow-up and closure

2. Approve solutions in case of operational interruptions within given authority or escalate solution to Manager.

3. Report deviation in business plan, performance, KPIs, data quality on timely bases.

4. Provide OTD reports according to requests,

5. Participate in Customer Service related projects on demand

6. Customer Relationship Management, including:

a)    Order/Customer management for respective accounts

b)    Handling complaints and feedback from unsatisfied customers via phone or other communication tools in a professional and polite manner

c)    Communicate to customers in a polite and service oriented style

d)    Organizing and follow up on meetings with customers and service providers

e)    Responsible for master data of customers creations

f)     Responsible for improvement actions within his team for Customer Satisfaction

g)    Maintain customer and supplier relationships

h)    Support management to identify future Customer Service needs

i)      Risk Management

7. CS Team Leading including:

a)  Oversee the development of short and long term manpower plans

b)  Coaching of employees to achieve required skills and competency levels

c)  Supervise the attendance, the execution of the development plans and apply implemented HR policies and procedures.

8. CS Team Management including:

 a)  Supervise the Customer service team that handles with accuracy the Order Management and Order Fulfillment activities to achieve business plan targets, customer

 satisfaction and to reduce costs by enabling first-time-right orders.

b)  Ensure targets (KPI’s) are met, by accurate and timely planning and reporting

c)  Ensure correct and accurate customer master data.

d)  Supervise the process of order handling, shipment monitoring to avoid delays, root cause investigation of delays and provide improvement plans.
