Deliver the complete mechanical design from concept intention to production intention. 

Design for Cost and manufacture, then choose economic and robust solution for product.

Produce tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure product assembly capability.

Conduct DFMEA for design and find a solution to mitigate the design risks.

Validate mechanical structure’s reliability for thermal load and mechanical load.

Use Catia tool to create our product design and manage engineering changes

Work out the plan to validate the design intent, analyze the data or report and make correct judgement

Support the manufacturing plant in the event of the assembly or manufacturing processes failure;

Support the tooling engineers about design understanding

Support the Supplier Development Engineer to clarify the supplier about the design intention;

Utilize rapid prototyping techniques to evaluate design proposals as early as possible;

FEA analysis for product

Major in mechanical engineering

3 years or above working experience in Automobile industry

Master Catia software to create model and drawing

Knowledge of MS office software (Word, Excel, Etc)

Knowledge about product measurement and measurement datum set-up.

Knowledge about Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

Experience about DFMEA &Tolerance stack-up

Knowledge about quality tools. (standard deviation, cpk, cp, ppk, R&R)
