QA专员的主要工作是实验室内部运作审核、临床试验项目现场稽查、供应商审核及维护、实验记录本和其他原始数据审核、文档管理等:

1、 制定年度审核计划，根据SOP对实验室运作做审核；

2、 协助制定临床项目稽查计划，对公司临床试验项目进行现场稽查；

3、 管理第三方（供应商）清单和定期做第三方审核，以及审核第三方的实验记录等；

4、 根据SOP或实验方案（如果有）审核实验记录本和其他原始数据；

5、 对实验人员做定期培训；

6、 负责公司文件档案管理；

7、 帮助和建议QA负责人做质量体系的改进；

8、 支持法规部门的现场核查；

9、 完成部门安排的其他工作
