Vehicle Planning & Scheduling (VP&S) supports an effective order to delivery system through order bank management, capacity planning, systems planning and supplier scheduling to support an outstanding customer experience. The department works closely with other areas to develop the manufacturing and scheduling requirements to support the sales demands of both the JV and JLR

1.Development of production plans to support the sales demand from customers制定生产计划以满足来至顾客的销售订单
2.Scenario development/analysis to support takt time and volume changes制定/分析方案支持节拍时间和数量的变化
3.Liaison with IT for developments to the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)与IT人员在生产制造执行系统（MES）开发方面保持联系
4.Co-ordination and control of body shipping from BIW areas through to Paint ensuring the control of the correct mix of bodies through the process. 协调和控制来至焊装的车身传送至涂装，并确保车身在混合过程中得到正确的控制
5.Develop contingency plans to operate body stores in manual mode and rapid problem resolution制定应急计划来手动操作车身存储并快速解决问题
