Plant Quality is responsible for a range of activities which directly influence the external and internal quality
performance of our products. These activities include running Customer Acceptance Lines in Trim and Final
Operations, Weld Teardown Department in BIW, Supplier Parts Quality and Measurement Rooms, Dynamic and
GRC Audit plus Hydropulse and Water Test Facilities.

This role of the Dynamic Audit Supervisor is to implement the Dynamic Audit Processes that will include Hydro-Pulse, Static Water Test and Engineering Body Hole Size (EBHS). These are internal audits to track and continuously improve vehicle quality.

Implement the Dynamic Audit Procedures in line with the Jaguar Land Rover Quality Operating System.

Develop and implement the Dynamic Audit Control Plans.

Setup the Dynamic Audit quality metrics and continuously drive improvements.
5.支持质量精神推动，让每个人都对质量负起责任。
Support the quality mid-set drive, to ensure everyone feels accountable for quality.
Key cross functional influences

This role will interact with all manufacturing organisations within the business. A key part of the role will be to influence and drive all manufacturing organisations to implement the necessary actions to deliver the Dynamic Audit targets.

The Dynamic Audit Supervisor will be responsible for approximately 6 quality technicians.
Budget level is approximately 20,000,000 RMB for the facilities installation and then a yearly revenue budget of approximately 300,000 RMB for operational costs.
