为了确保新建工厂建设符合中国的环境及安全法律法规，同时也确保项目符合能源条例。
Ensure factory construction complies with China's governmental environmental and safety laws and regulations. Also ensure that all Power Regulations are adhered to.
1、负责工厂的环境安全体系建设（按所有相关法规的管理要求）
Responsible to establish environment and power safety systems (Compliance management of all associated regulations)
2、组织项目污水处理站规划、建设规划及设备选型。
Planning for all power station construction and equipment selection process.
3、建立环境方面审查和监控风险评估，具备必要的管理和现场控制
Establish environmental reviews and monitor risk assessments to ensure all supplies have the necessary management and site control.
4、负责工厂建设期间安全管理及制度制定
Responsible for establishing safety management standards during construction process
5、协助基建经理管理全厂安全、环境及职业卫生。
Assist the Building & Services Manager to manage Health & Safety compliance for the plant.
6、与政府消防、安监、人力资源和保障等部门建立良好公共关系。
Establish good relationship with related government department (such as fire department, safety supervision ,manpower, etc)

该岗位将与工艺规划、生产经营、项目管理公司，建筑公司交流沟通，要与当地政府部门保持联络，确保知晓所有法规要求并遵守。This role will interact with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations, Project Management Company and the Construction Company. The role will also require liaison with local government departments to ensure all regulations are known and adhered to.
