Responsibilities:

职责与工作任务：

• Design, program, and fabricate  motor  for automotive business;

       设计、计划和制造用于汽车行业的电动机；

• Work with purchasing dept. and vendor companies to communicate technical requirements and ensure product quality;

       与采购部门和供应商沟通技术要求,确保产品质量；

• To do the electromagnetism design and caculation via ANSYS software ;

       使用ANSYS软件进行电机的电磁设计和计算；

• Working together with EU technical team to do the assessment and fix the new electromagnetism proposal ;

       同欧洲技术团队合作论证并确定新的电磁方案；

• Working together with testing team to do the new motor testing and optimise the motor design base on testing data ;

      同测试部门合作测试新设计的电机并根据测试数据进行设计优化；

• Support sales with technical literature on product electromagnetism systems.

      支持销售有关产品电磁系统的技术文档；

• Working with manufacturing dept. to realise the new motor be manufactured.

       与生产部门合作实现新电机的制造；

• Completing the jobs assigned by line manager.

      完成上级安排的其他工作任务；

Requirements:

任职资格：

• bachelor degree or above.

       本科以上学历  

• Engineering with emphasis in electrical motor or equivalent work experience. 

       电机专业或同等工作经验  

• 3 to 5 years experience in motor electromagnetism design 

       3到5年电机的电磁系统设计经验

• Familiarity with assembly and testing process of motor

       熟悉电机的装配和测试工艺  

• Master the knowledge of motor electromagnetism and can set up the model and caculation

      掌握电机的电磁理论并能建模和计算

• Familiarity with the software of electromagnetism design, like:ANSYS

      熟悉电机的电磁设计计算的相关软件如：ANSYS等

• Familiarity with national and international design standards

      熟悉国内外设计标准  

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, ANSYS software, Autocad drafting software;

      熟悉Microsoft Office,ANSYS软件、Autocad制图软件  

• Fluent English preferred;

      英文流利的优先

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family. We design, engineer and manufacture gearboxes, axial flux motors and its own in house designed inverters making them one ofthe few complete Powertrain drive system suppliers in the world.
