Job Description:

1.    Oversea shipment invoice, debit notes, credit note issue in Quick Book. - Shanghai & Tianjin daily.

2.    Local invoices and bills check P/L and enter in Quick Book. - Shanghai & Tianjin daily.

3.    Payment and receivable check, bookkeeping and reconciliation of the receivables and payables. (including foreign currency payments) - Shanghai & Tianjin daily.

4.    Staff reimbursements- Shanghai & Tianjin if any.

5.    Inform Tianjin colleague to issue local invoices and check those invoices if correct. Tianjin weekly.

6.    Reconciliation with ATA offices. Shanghai & Tianjin.

7.    Cashflow management. (including withdraw in bank, office routine payments, staff reimbursements, miscellaneous office payments.) Shanghai & Tianjin daily.

8.    Foreign currency exchange and declaration in bank and SAFE, Shanghai & Tianjin if any.

9.    Check AR status with OP team, Shanghai & Tianjin weekly.

10.   Transaction entry in both systems to update the P/L and bank balance, (Quick Book and Chinese system Yongyou). Shanghai & Tianjin weekly.

11.   Monthly closing (for both system QB & Yongyou) Shanghai & Tianjin monthly.

12.   Financial reporting, tax declaration, tax payments. Shanghai & Tianjin monthly.

13.   Audit, annual check, annual filing, Shanghai & Tianjin yearly.

14.   Communicate with bank, tax office, SAFE for miscellaneous stuff, (policy change, training, business handling) Shanghai & Tianjin if any.

15.   Other work assigned by management.

  

 

  

Job Specification:

-BA in Accounting and Finance

-Be good at quick books system,

-Min 8 years of accounting experience in logistic industry,

-Ability to effectively communicate, both verbal and written English,

-To have a strong/ determined/mature character,

-To have a way of thinking of developing new ideas and innovative solutions,

-To follow technology and find ways to improve our accounting system via Technology,

-To have a coaching and mentoring attitude,

-To respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and environments, 

-Very good team player,

-To have Integrity, commitment/dedication.

- It is a priority if who has CPA、CIA、ACCA certificate.
