Job Summary

The role of the Senior Executive Assistant (“SEA”) is to attend to every business and personal

affair of the Founder and CEO of the company. This is a rigorous job. One that reqires candidate

to quickly understand the personality and working style of the CEO and be able to quickly adapt

to his needs.

Responsibilities include: profesisonal ENG ？à CHN translation, arranging schedules, meeting

minute write-up, making reminders, order lunches, make coffee, book flights, hotels, cars;

coordination with all senior executives of the company; coordinate with international promoters

and agents in the industry; coordinate with executives in major international record labels,

publishers, and content aggregators; work in different time zones; and at certain times, appear on

behalf of the CEO on certain business meetings. This position also requires the SEA to travel with

the CEO on major business trips within China and worldwide, tending to his every needs while on

the road. Candidates may also need to hire subordinate EA staff team at a later stage. All personal

matters of the CEO are within the job responsibility of the SEA, including but not limited to

communicating with his family, child, household staff, driver(s), making vacation plans, etc.

Basic Requirement:

-4 years working experience as EA to Senior Management

-Wizard with MS Word, Excel, and Mac Key Note

-Exceptional presentation skills

-Articulate

-Highly organized

-Ability to lead a small team

-Total fluency in English & Chinese both written and oral

-College Degree

-Proficient in Mac enviornment

-Ability to work under pressure and deliver against a tight or impossible deadline

-Ability to work late and on weekends

-Hard worker, independent thinker, self-starter

-Nothing is impossible attitude
