Part 1. Describe the Position


Summary:

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
1. Run the MRP every day
2. Release PO based on system's request and send to vendor after signature
3. Follow the materials arrived at company on time, open PO following and timely tracking.
4. In charge of shortage direct materials' handling and materials quality issue and MRB handling.
5. Materials coordinate with quality, warehouse ,production and vendor
6. File the documents and fill in payment application for vendors
7. Manage the vendors and save cost for company
8. Familiar with the system running and maintenance

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
1. University degrees or above
2. 4-6 years related working experiences
3. Strong ability on materials coordination.
4. Certain experience on price analysis and negotiation is preferred.
5. Good oral and written English
6. Good team work spirit.
