职位描述


  

Responsibilities & Duties (Critical Success Factors):

  

  

  1. Identify business opportunities & implement business strategies to achieve revenue target;

  2. Strong experience in key account management; able to identify decision-makers, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, analysing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to the account and work out execution plans;

  3. Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales;

  4. Plan, direct, and monitor the sales activities & campaigns to achieve established sales and market share targets;

  5. Lead and drive customer to buy Targus products, regularly review products portfolio and products offering to maintain higher margin deals;

  6. Establish specific annual and monthly objectives, plans, programs, budgets for key customers and channels;

  7. Able to develop solid, long-term professional relationships with customers, prospects and key partners within a short time;

              


  

Essential qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience:

  

  

  1. University graduate or equivalent, minimum 10 years sales experience in SMB, enterprise and/or key accounts management;

  2. Solid experiences in working with IT vendors or IT distributors a definite advantage; SI channel experience of selling accessory or IT equipment will be preferred

  3. Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets;

  4. Excellent business planning, presentation and negotiation skill;

  5. Experience in “Board Room” level selling, yet also good in building and executing business initiatives with middle to professional levels of staff;

  6. Result driven, self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills;

  7. Able to work under pressure and be multi-tasking
