We are looking for a reliable IT technician and administrator. 

He/she will report to the IT engineer and perform remote IT supports and onsite IT service and maintenance. The ideal candidate must be native Chinese speaking, competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

4. Solve regular IT problems

6. Vendor escalation

14. System cleaning and optimization

Qualifications:

• Chinese native
• Fluent in English
• Experience in IT service and maintenance is recommended 
• IT infrastructure audit skills are praised 
• Personal characteristics: Proactive, self-motivated and reliable
• Facilities to communicate and eager to learn and share knowledge.
