Tax related-

• Responsible for all kinds of tax filings including VAT、CIT、export VAT refund、withholding tax for non-trade foreign payments and stamp duty etc..

• Prepare all reports related to annual tax return including RPT forms etc..

• Prepare tax related reports assigned by corporate such as tax manual.

• Reconcile tax accounts in G/L with all tax fillings to make sure no discrepancies. Work with the accounting supervisor to reconcile the other responsible accounts.

• Effectively communicate with local tax officer.

• Coordinate with 3rd party tax authentication firm for annual tax return.

  G/L related-

• Responsible for managing the non-PO accounts payable. Book entries in Oracle timely and cooperate with the cashier on payments. File the corresponding bank slips timely.

• Work with the accounting supervisor on accrual and amortization.

• Deal with FA related matters including monthly depreciation entries 、FA register maintenance and CWIP track.

• Perform monthly close process, ensuring that the general ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Also participate in quarterly and annual close.

  Others-

• Comply with the annual auditing requirements for statutory financial reports on the responsible areas.

• Comply with the internal business management control procedures to achieve clear auditing results. Responsible for implementing corrective actions as a result of audits findings.

• Other ad hoc jobs assigned.

   

  Required Skills

• Accuracy/Attention to details.

• A good team player, with open mind, proactive and willingness to share the information & coach colleagues.

• Knowledge and ability in areas such as tax, payables, G/L, etc. Be familiar with export VAT-refund is advantaged.

• Knowledge of accounting/tax laws, regulations and standards.

• Knowledge of internal controls.

• Ability and knowledge of financial reporting.

• Knowledge of financial auditing principles.

• PC skills (MS Office, Outlook etc.).

• Knowledge in ERP, Oracle is an advantage.

• Good both oral and written English skills.

   

  Education/Experience

• University/College degree in Finance or Accounting.

• At least 5 years’ working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Tax function working experiences mixing with payables or G/L is preferred.

• CET-4 at least.
