§ Identify trends relevant to key account activity and develops strategies and actions that drive competitive advantage in solution spec-in & service delivery

§ Drives and facilitates strategic agreements with key account customers, including healthcare and education segment

§ Work with the regional sales group to implement the strategic agreement, improve key projects’ win rate to deliver incremental sales

§ Develop new metal ceiling channel with national capability, track and close identified opportunities to deliver sales, including direct sell.

§ Establishes and maintains relationships with key person of key accounts to support the key projects.

§ Ensure accurate, up-to-date & comprehensive records/data of Key Accounts projects, key personnel are properly managed in a structured manner.

§ Carries out other duties in the company’s interest as directed by management.

§ Carries out duties safely; understands & works within the company’s operating principles / values.

§ Key Account definition: National owners, developers, major franchise operations, major healthcare education chains, top decoration contractors (selective), major area owners, etc.
