岗位职责

1、负责组织和指挥大门迎接，行李服务和礼宾代办服务，保证有岗有人有服务。

2、负责检查行李员仪容仪表，做好工作计划，考核工作表现，指导工作重点。

3、负责做好岗位业务培训，提高业务素质，保证优质服务。

4、负责服务现场的管理，巡查和督导员工，做到规范服务，合乎质量要求。

任职条件

1、身高1.68以上，高中及以上学历，形象良好，普通话交流无障碍。

2、3年以上高端酒店礼宾服务经验，或1年以上管理岗位经验。

3、身体健康，对客热情，对岗位充满激情。
