Job Description 

-Review accounting bookkeeping and prepare the monthly financial statements according Chinese accounting principle and the group accounting package based on accounting manual; preparation of the annual reports closing；

- Review of Export VAT refund as well as making annual tax filing; Review of overseas non-trading payments compliance;

-Review of monthly VAT, quarterly corporation income tax and other tax compliance;

-Communication with the external authorities such as Tax, SAFE, Industry & Commerce, and Customs House etc.;

-Carrying out the internal control regulation and reporting to the Management and Headquarter;

-Arrangement of financial department work assignment efficiently;

-Familiar with the practices such as bank transactions and SAFE registration etc.

工作职责

- 审核日常会计处理，按照中国会计制度编制月度财务报表和按照集团会计手册编制集团内部报表；年终编制年度报表，并至各相关机构办理年检；

- 审核出口退税操作以及进行年度所得税清算申报;审核跨境非贸付汇申报；

- 审核月度增值税、季度企业所得税申请表及相关申报；

- 与相关机构如：税务局、外管局、工商局、海关进行协商沟通；

- 执行公司内部控制制度并向管理层及总部进行汇报；

- 财务部门工作高效安排；

- 熟悉实践操作，例如银行交易以及外汇管理局登记等．

Qualifications

Basic knowledge:

Chinese Accounting Laws and Regulations

IFRS International Accounting Standards

Foreign Exchange Rate Management/ Transactions

Foreign Exchange regulation.

Chinese Tax Regulations

Firm in Profit and Loss Calculations, Balance Sheet (local book in local currency and IFRS book)

Understanding of Cash Flow Management

Knowledge about local regulations on Depreciation, Accruals, etc.

Understanding of Financial Key Figures (EBIT, COGS, GM, etc.)

Good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Good knowledge in Kingdee accounting software.

掌握利润表及资产负债表计算(以人民币为本位币的中国报表及国际报表)

熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint 及Word等office软件

熟练操作金蝶财务软件
