1.统筹管理上海项目群/城市公司的成本工作；

2.负责项目前期的成本预算，制定工程成本目标；

3.监控、分析项目动态目标成本，审核重大设计变更并管理现场签证；

4.负责竣工项目的审查评估及成本结算；

5.协助工程招标、供应商管理及成本数据收集等工作。

任职要求:

1.40岁以下，全日制本科及以上学历；

2.7年以上房地产成本管理经验，有多项目管控经验；

3.良好的沟通协调能力、数据分析能力。
