职位描述
Responsibility岗位职责:
1. Be responsible for the first, in-line and final quality inspection of products (mainly for scarves/gloves/hats/home goods, etc.) independently to ensure the smooth delivery of products. Communicating directly with customers’ QC/production team, and reflecting the updated information of inspection to the company's superiors and relevant business personnel timely; 独立全程处理产品(主要有围巾、手套、帽子、家纺等)品质的首期、中期、尾期检验,可以同客人QC及生产团队直接进行沟通;并及时将产品检验的相关更新信息反映给公司上级和有关业务人员;
2. Issuing inspection report independently. Assisting vendors/factories in products testing and factories auditing. 独立出具验货报告, 协助工厂进行测试,协助验厂;
3. Assist production team in tracking the production process of related products协助业务团队跟踪样品的开发和产品的生产过程;
4. Mastering production progress, be responsible for helping production team to communicate with the factories, and deal with daily problems in factory production.掌握饰品生产进度,负责帮助业务员与工厂的沟通,处理工厂生产中出现的日常问题;
5. Following up production progress and product quality in accordance with company requirements, find, report and solve problems in time. 根据公司要求跟踪生产进度和产品质量,及时发现、报告和解决问题;
Requirements任职要求:
1. Minimum of 3+ years quality experience working in fashion accessories/home textile. At the same time, those who have experience in apparel as well are better.至少3年以上时尚配饰手套帽子围巾饰品等类产品相关质检工作经验,同时具备服装经验者更佳;
2. Experience with US market (like Wal-Mart) production process. Understanding of fashion accessory and home goods best practice testing standards. 熟悉欧美订单(如wall mart )操作经验、生产流程,了解相关产品***产品标准、测试标准;
3. Having the initiative and ability to discover problems on site and put forward reasonable suggestions to help factories solve problems. 具备现场发现问题,提出合理化建议,帮助工厂解决问题的主动性和能力;
4. Proven record of being proactive and wanting to achieve highest level of success. 具备积极主动的态度和不断进取的工作状态;
5. Working knowledge of technical requirements related to testing; 具备相关产品测试要求知识
6. Good communication, coordination and expression skills, team spirit. 有较好的沟通协调能力和表达能力, 具有团队协作精神;.
7. Good English communication skills. Write reports accurately in English.英语四级以上,听、说、读、写良好, 能用英语出具书面报告;
8. Computer skills to including Microsoft Word and Excel, etc; 具备良好的办公软件操作能力。
9. Hard working spirit, and being conscientious and responsible. Ability to work overtime or travel frequently. 工作努力、态度认真,能适应加班或频繁出差;
10. Work place: Hangzhou or surrounding areas,工作地点:杭州及周边者优先。
