职位描述
Lead clinical pharmacology program including study design, plan, analysis, report, and regulatory filing cross all stages of drug development from IND to NDA.
Responsibility:
- Presenting clinical pharmacology in a multi-disciplinary team (members from clinical science, statistics, project management, PV, regulatory, etc.) to develop innovative drugs.
- Lead clinical pharmacology studies from protocol development to final reports.
- Deliver accurate PK/PD, PMx knowledge gained from data to the development team.
- Solid ADME knowledge for small molecule development.
- Good understanding of PK/PD of a large molecule. Familiar with the bioassay method of small molecule and large molecule.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or MSc. in PK/PD related disciplines.
- 5 years of experience in industry and 2 years in clinical pharmacology
- Hands-on experience in performing PK/PD data analysis.
- Communication and interpersonal skills in collaborating across functions internally and externally.
