During bidding phase： Create competitive electric heat tracing solution and proposal which meets the customer requirements and fufill technical specifications .

After order intake： Create electric heat tracing production material list (BOM) and technical solution which meets the customer requirements and optimizes cost.

投标阶段，设计满足客户要求且有竞争力的电伴热投标方案并完成技术澄清。

合同签订后，电伴热应用/方案设计工程师设计满足客户要求且有成本最低的电伴热详细设计方案。

1. Fulfill customers’ requirements for electric heat tracing project bidding and detail design work .Fulfill the quality requirements of the customer and based on that achieve lowest cost for material and installation.

完成满足客户需求的电伴热项目投标和详细设计工作。满足客户质量要求的同时实现材料和安装成本最低。

2. Do design work efficiently and relaese BOM as early as possible.

Prioritize projects and workload according to the required production duration and delivery time.

高效完成设计工作并尽早释放生产料单。根据需要的生产周期和交货时间来划分项目及工作负荷的优先顺序。

3. EHT solution work for general design during bidding phase, including power calculation, heating cable selection, create material list, heating control system design and power distribution design.

投标阶段指开展电伴热系统方案设计，包括功率计算，伴热带选型，整理材料清单，温控系统设计，配电设计及询价。

4. Create technical tender documents and do on-site technical clarification.

编制技术投标文件并进行现场技术澄清。

5. Create technical agreement between Bartec and customer, support sales to succeed with sales contract.

编制公司与客户的技术协议,支持销售成功取得合同订单。

6. Being Responsible for EHT system detail design work after order intake, including power calculation, heating cable selection, create production material list, heating control system design, power distribution design. Create installation insutruction drawings and documents.

负责合同签订后进行电伴热系统方案详细设计，包括功率计算，伴热带选型、整理备货材料表，配电设计、温控系统设计和施工图编制等。

7. Responsilbe to create production material list for PLM, upload the calculation list and related technical information to PLM and server data base according to company regulation.

负责根据公司规定在PLM上创建材料表并在PLM和服务器上存档计算表等相关技术资料。

8. Support the documentation team to collect data to put into the customer documentation structure and create the detail design and as-bulit documents for the project.

Do a final check of technical documentation before handing over to the customer.

协助支持文档团队收集资料制作施工及竣工文件，并在交付资料前对技术文件做最后审核。

9. On-site technical clarification after order intake, support the project installation work.

合同签订后的现场技术交底；协助完成总包施工项目。

10. In case the customer changes the specification,implement the changes to the project design.

Support sales to enlarge contract scope or for additional content.

执行合同签订后的设计变更，并协助销售签订增补合同。

11. Troubleshoot for electrical heat tracing system, defect and failure analysis of on-site heating system.

Create solutions for customer to solve problems sustainably:quality, enviroment, handling, etc.

If it is a product quality problem, support the quality department to issue a report.

处理电伴热系统现场疑难问题及故障分析；

为用户提供现场各种问题(设计、使用、环境等)的解决方案;

如为产品质量问题则协助质量部门出具有关产品质量问题报告。

12. Support purchasing activities for non-standard components. Clarify technical issues and create technical agreements with suppliers.

支持非标产品采购工作，与供应商就进行技术澄清并签订技术协议。

13. Fulfill other work arranged by department manager.

完成部门经理安排的其他工作。

资历：

- Bachelor degree or above in electric technology, mechanical, automation, or related majors

电气技术，机械，自动化或相关专业的大学学历或以上

- At least 1 years working experience in related areas.

至少一年相关工作经验

- With design working experience in related elecric heat tracing, explosion proof equipment and distribution or control panel is preferred

具有电伴热、防爆设备和配电柜或控制柜的设计工作经验者优先

- Experience in site commissioning .

具有现场调试和工程监督的工作经验

- Excellent oral and written English

英文口语与书写流利

- Excellent PC skill, such as MS Office, good knowledge of AutoCAD

办公室软件运用能力优秀，如MS Office和AutoCAD

- Willingness to travel frequently

- Good communication skills and team work spirit
