1. Basic Responsibilities基本职责

§  Work with DK HQ to arrange shipping the robots, spare parts and warranty issues etc.

与丹麦总部协调有关进口机器人整机、零件和返修物品等事宜；

§  Implement POs in AX based on sale forecast

根据销售预测在AX系统跟进采购订单

§  Prepare the relevant supporting docs to work with the logistics vendor for customs clearance etc. and talk to Customs bureau when necessary

准备相关进出口文件，管理及协调物流供应商完成清关等事宜；当有必要时，需与海关接洽

§  Update daily database

每日更新数据库

§  Responsible for warehouse record keeping and regular stock taking to make sure the consistency between goods and record

负责仓库进出库帐务处理及定期盘点工作，确保数据的一致性

§  Responsible for arranging goods and documents delivery, follow-up. Report and solve kinds of potential issues in time during the process

负责公司物流快递事宜包括货物和文件，以及跟踪落实，及时反馈、解决在跟踪落实过程中存在的各类问题

§  Deal with the logistics inquiries from Sales Department and customers in time to make whole process running smoothly

及时处理来自销售部门和客户的物流咨询事宜

§  Responsible for Transportation Expense verification, importing cost analysis, all sorts of important information of the aggregation and filing work.

负责运输费用的核对，进口成本分析，各种重要资料的整理、汇总与归档工作

§  Update the data of extended payable in SAFE system after importing per time

每票进口后，及时更新外汇管理局系统信息

§  Working with Tech Support Team and Service team for RMA cases

与技术支持团队及服务团队共同完成质保件的工作

§  Informing Service hub the details of shipping spare parts and robots every day.

每日通知服务中心寄送备件

§  Working with the distributors, HQ, Tech Support team and Service team for MyUR including the registration, report etc..

与经销商、总部、技术支持团队和服务团队共同完成有关MyUR的工作包括但不限于注册和报告等

§  Working with Tech Support Team to reply all the mails on CRM everyday.

每天需和技术部合作一起处理CRM上技术公共邮箱的所有邮件

§  Assisting Sales Support when necessary

协助销售支持的工作当需要时

§  Other work assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

1. Qualifications& Skills任职资格及技巧

§  College degree or above, preferably majored in logistics or international trade

大学本科及以上学历，物流和国际贸易专业佳

§  Knowledge on general Logistics practice

对物流运作总体流程熟悉

§  1 to 3 years’ working experience in Logistics Management or 3PL Management

1至3年物流或第三方物流管理工作经验

§  Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

熟练使用Office办公软件

§  Ability to work independently and achieve results.

有独立完成工作的能力

§  Excellent teamwork skills.

优秀的团队合作能力

§  Proficient English reading, writing, speaking required
