· Set up appropriate Clinic asset HR Operations SOP in line with the group business requirements.

根据集团业务要求，制定合理的诊所业务部机构单位的人力资源标准运营流程 (招聘、入职，离职，调动，晋升等)；

· Drive and secure high quality and full adherence to the clinic Living asset C&B process, including annual salary planning process, salary surveys, benefits programs, and employee services in accordance with external labor market competitiveness as well as internal consistency;

推动和确保所管辖诊所事业部机构单位的薪酬流程的高质量准确运行，包括年度薪酬预算，薪酬调研，福利项目和员工服务，以使其具备外部竞争性和内部公平性；

· Develop and drive the group Performance Management Process and Consolidation;

执行和推动集团的绩效管理体系；

· Design Learning and Development plans, on-boarding orientation, succession planning, talent management and staff retention for all levels of clinic asset employees;

为诊所事业部各机构单位的各级别员工制定学习和发展计划、入职导航计划，继任者计划、人才管理和人才保留；

· Ensure compliance with local law, employee rights and with the company’s code of conduct;

确保遵守当地法律法规，员工权益和公司行为准则；

· Handle local employee relations, employee engagement, disputes, arbitrations supporting.

管理提升诊所事业部机构单位的员工关系和员工敬业度，以及员工争议和仲裁支持。

· All group HR Policies update and training to Clinic asset staff.

根据集团政策执行和更新诊所事业部机构单位的HR政策和员工培训。
