【Main Responsibilities】

1. To provide an effective and high quality administrative support service to colleagues.
2. Responsible for reception area management, answering and transferring calls, send and receiving fax if need;
3. Responsible for keeping office environment clean and neat, especially for reception area and meeting room;
4. Responsible for visitor record and present professional greeting to visitors for good image of the Company, make sure there’s no visitor enter the office area without record or colleague’s leading;
5. Coordinate for sample receiving and dispatch smoothly with record;
6. Manage domestic and overseas express company service, support on printing waybill and pro forma invoice;
7. Responsible for the management of drinking water, stationary and sundry inventory, purchasing and distribution with record, and ensue there is inventory always;
8. Responsible for checking the express list, purchasing list of stationary, sundry for monthly payment;
9. Responsible for meeting room / showroom bookings;
10. Responsible for itinerary and hotel booking, and public vehicle arrangement to provide options flexibly to meet needs in case Administrator out of office;
11. Assist on Company activities organization;
12. Monitor and coordinate Ayi and Uncle’s job if necessary;
13. Assist and back up for Administrator’s daily job;
14. Other tasks assigned by manager according to business needs.

【Requirements】

1. College or above, major in administration or related;
2. More than 1 year relevant working experience;
3. Well-mannered and outgoing personality with service-oriented aptitude;
4. Smart, loyal and honest;
5. Good English both on oral and written;
6. Good on PC operation.
