工作内容：

·通过内部潜在客户跟进和外部意向客户的电话寻找新的合作机会

·收集客户有关信息和需求，给客户提供报价，货运咨询及物流整合方案

·建立客户资料及档案，维护和扩展潜在客户数据库

·与客户保持良好沟通与协调能力、应变能力，及时反馈及处理工作中的问题

·将合格的销售机会转递给对应销售主管，做好销售的后台支持

·开拓新市场，发展新客户，完成销售并完成季度配额

·完成领导交办其它的工作

岗位要求：

·大专以上学历，有2-3年的内部销售经验及有电话销售经验者优先

·良好的电话礼仪，专业清晰的沟通技巧，能够在电话中快速与客户建立融洽的关系

·工作积极主动，耐心细致，责任心强，富于团队协作精神，具备综合、系统分析驾驭能力，善于沟通

·具有一定抗压力和心理承受力

·熟悉各种办公设备及常用的办公软件

·英语口语及书面流利者优先

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

· Collect customer's information and requirements, provide quotation, freight consultation and logistics integration plan to customers

· Establish customer information and files, maintain and expand your database of prospects

· Keep good communication and coordination ability with customers, emergency response ability, timely feedback and deal with problems in work

· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

· Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

·Complete other tasks assigned by leaders

REQUIREMENTS:

·College degree or above, with rich internal sales experience and telemarketing experience is preferred

· Good telephone etiquette, professional and clear communication skills, can quickly establish a harmonious relationship with customers on the phone

· Work actively, patient and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, rich in team spirit, with comprehensive, systematic analysis and control ability, good at communication

·Have a certain resistance to pressure and psychological endurance

·Familiar with office equipment and office software
