The responsibilities mainly include preparing and delivering lessons, administering and reporting students’ learning progress and coordinating with other functions to maintain effective relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate students’ progress and action plans with Consultant

2. Prepare and carry out lessons

3. Responsible for teaching students the relevant courses (ESL/Humanities/US History/Reading/Speaking, etc) with 1 on 1 or small classes via F2F/Online method

4. Follow up student’s performance and give feed back to Consultant.

5. Responsible for improving students’ personality, oral and written English skills

6. Modify and polish the Personal Statements & Application Essays of students

7. Support team member to search industry news and information

Knowledge and Skills：

1. Native-English speakers preferably from USA、United Kingdom、Australia、Canada, etc

2. Bachelor Degree or above, National Teacher Certificate or TEFL/CELTA certificate will be a plus

3. Major in Education or have teaching experience in US high school/International School will be warmly welcomed

4. 1-2 years of academic management experience in local training institute

5. Passion for aboard study products

6. Open minded, well-organized, Results-oriented

7. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

8. Enjoy being with kids & teens and passionate about education and culture industry

9. Availability for working evenings and weekends

10. Salary negotiable in person
