岗位职责 Job responsibilities:

1)Handle RFQ, release Purchase Order, follow-up delivery in timely manner and identify appropriate suppliers for specific project / part.

及时处理日常RFQ、ERP系统下单、跟踪交货，并识别特定项目/物料对应合适的供应商。

2)Review supplier’s quotation and conduct deep analysis to justify the cost. 

审查供应商报价并深度分析以确认成本。

3)Understand type of supplier relationship required, ongoing oversight of supplier relationships with responsibilities for all commercial aspects including negotiations, contracts, partnerships etc. 

理解供应商关系需求类别，持续管理供应商关系，负责所有商业方面包含谈判，合同和伙伴关系等。

4)Source, qualify and approve new suppliers together with Quality for existing / new parts and products to enhance our supplier base to meet or exceed customer’s expectations. 

与质量一起实现现有和新料件/成品的采购、验证和批准流程，以充实我司供应商基础、达到或超越客户的期望。

5)Travel to various supplier locations to investigate new opportunities, improve manufacturing efficiencies, and resolve any supply chain or quality issues.

需要出差到不同供应商来调查新的机会，改善制程效率，解决各种不同供应链和品质问题。

6)Drive continuous Improvement cost reductions through the life of the supplier contracts. 

在整个供应商合同合作期间，推动持续改善成本降低。

7)Review supplier performance in accordance to established metrics. 

根据建立的评价指标审查供应商表现绩效。

8)Ensure delivery against savings targets at required quality levels. 

确保供应商交货在满足质量水品需求的基础上实现成本节约目标。

9)Accomplish any other tasks assigned by superiors.

完成上级布置的其他工作。

岗位要求 Job requirements：

1)Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and/or an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) and experience. 

机械工程本科学位或获得相关培训、证书和经验。

2)5+ years related experience in sourcing and procurement area. 

五年采购相关工作经验。

3)Integrity, self-disciplined, active, passionate, outgoing, open-minded, strong communication skills, able to withstand heavy work pressure. 

正直、自律、积极主动、有激情、性格外向、开朗、沟通能力强、能承受较大的工作压力;

4)Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, diligent and studious, persistent and challenging spirit.

良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，勤奋好学，执着坚毅，有挑战精神；

5)Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO/TS16949 practices. 

具备ISO 9001或ISO/TS16949工作知识。

6)Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills, be a self-starter, accountable and innovative. 

问题解决和决策制定技能，必须具备自我驱动学习，负责以及创新能力。

7)Good English, able to read and write English emails proficiently. 

良好的英语，能熟练读写英语邮件。

8)Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word.
